Is this the right photo?

Is this the right photo?

For those of little faith.

Just joking with the photos.

Just joking with the photos.

You may think I am telling lies and guilty of other things you despise.
I don’t believe in a God made to  look like me.
That bribes us with  promises of eternity.
So I am bared from heaven for this alone.
By an Almighty God that makes it known.
He is jealous and revengeful as well,
Casting all non-believers into hell.
Threatening our kids will suffer too, for the misdeeds that we do.
I don’t want to go to a boring heaven.
Where there’s peace and quiet 24/7.

The photos are fun my words are dead serious.

The photos are fun my words are dead serious.

Those that do believe I implore.

Don’t wreck my world with your holy war.

This is the only heaven I know.

There is no other place to  go.

To be good you don’t need commanding.

All you need is understanding.

Enjoy a simple life free from arguments, trouble and strife.

Appreciate the gifts in the here and now.

They are all you have anyhow.

Gifts a bound big and solid.

Gifts a bound big and solid all around.

To look after the gifts take conscious care.
No greed or hate, we must love and share.
I do not care what God you chose.
I am not walking in your shoes.
If I were standing were you stand.
Then perhaps I might understand.

Small gifts worth noticing and appreciating.

Small gifts worth noticing and appreciating.

No one is evil in my book.
It is the wrong path they took,
Jews, Christians, Muslims as well.
Their family feud makes life a hell.
They make up stories to understand,
What is beyond the intellect of man.

Photos are fun depends how look at them.

Photos are fun depends how look at them.

It is just the way the cads fall.

It is just the way the cards fall.

Note you may like to look at Pauline’s post first as the photos relate to it.

The master plan.

I am the one made them fall this way.

I am the one made them fall this way.

The wisdom of the sages

passed down through the ages.

Still we do not know,

Love is the way to go.

It is not too bad at all.

It is not too bad at all.

Man could not explain,

the sunshine and the rain.

Only Gods could know,

so they were made to show.

These photos are not related to this post.

These photos are not related to this post.

The perplexing mystery of all creation,

was solved by gods from every nation.

Then the arguments began,

who had the correct plan.

Ironic my previous post was 'Enjoy Your Trip.

Ironic my previous post was ‘Enjoy Your Trip.

To keep control it would seem,

One God must be made supreme.

His foot prints in the sands of time,

Can appear to this day as sublime.

I put a photo in it titled ' We Do not know what pain is.'

I put a photo in it titled ‘ We Do not know what pain is.’

Mother Nature still exists,

though patriarchal Gods persist.

The puzzle still remains today,

Can science now show the way?

It is true I was given Penthrox Inhaler and later Brufin pill and water.

It is true I was given Penthrox Inhaler and later Brufin pills and water.

Or will technology be used to fight,

to see who’s God is in the right.

All the good we have today

Could be just blown away.

I am now ok the pain has gone away.

I am now ok the pain has gone away.

Appreciation, love and trust,

in today’s world it is a must.

Ignorance, greed, fear and hate,

Mother Nature will not tolerate.

Pauline told you of my strife, now sparkle is back in my life.

Pauline told you of my strife, now the sparkle is back in my life.

Mother Nature is eternally sublime.

Man is mortal and will pass on in time.

A grain of sand or the starry sky,

it will not matter as time passes by.

I reminded her to record drama, as it was related to my Dharma.

I reminded her to record the drama, as it was related to my Dharma.

All the blood sweat and tears,

all our stupid arguments and fears.

Why waste our time on pie in the sky?

When it is only a few years before we die.

I am back at the Gym, trying to keep in trim.

I am back at the Gym, trying to keep in trim.

Do not cry, we never die, we only change.

Atoms never destruct they only rearrange.

We may turn into dust mites floating on the morning breeze,

or into song birds singing in the tall green trees.

Jack and Tim at the Gym.

Jack and Tim at the Gym.

Let us prepare here today,

to live our life in a better way.

Caring and sharing in peace and calm.

Wake up! these words are your clock alarm.

Can I call it art or was I just having fun.

Enjoy your trip.

Flowers do well with some fertiliser.

Flowers do well with some fertiliser.

I am getting ready for I know I must go.

Into the low land to make the flowers grow.

No baggage allowed on this trip I am told.

You can’t take it with you, money or gold.

View of Mt Warning on my way to Sydney.

View of Mt Warning on my way to Sydney.

You should always practice traveling light.

Unnecessary baggage is never right.

Why do we cling to possessions in life?

That’s the cause of our troubles and strife

Traveling light carry on baggage 56x36x23 cm.

Traveling light carry on baggage 56x36x23 cm.

Possessions weigh you down and slow your pace.

This is the greatest problem for the human race.

Giving, sharing, relaxing and letting go.

We should practice, that is one thing I know.

Enjoying the early morning.

Enjoying the early morning.

It is a one-way ticket don’t miss the bus,

Because of baggage and needless fuss.

Do not grasp and cling to life in this way

Experience life’s joy, make it a holiday.

A great way to great the day.

A great way to greet the day.

It does not matter if you walk or go by plane.

It’s the path you choose that makes it joy or pain.

Kindness, caring, hugs and maybe a kiss,

Is the way to fill your life with mostly bliss.

A golden flower like a golden....

A golden flower like a gold sun rise.

The destination is not the important thing.

It’s how much joy and happiness you bring.

When your travels are over, you may feel like a rest.

I don’t know but whatever happens it will be for the best.

Sun rise not a cloud in the sky.

Surprise a sun rise with not a cloud in the sky.

Not Two But One.

Not Two but One.

Anthiriums
My thoughts go back to a distant dance.

Our hearts were full of song and romance.

It started with desire.

The spark that lit a fire. crystals

Love had not developed yet.

It was still soft and furry like a pet.

Romances turbulent exhilaration,

Beyond description this sensation.

At long last after the initial fun,

You realise you are not two but one.

How we danced on the yellow brick road.

The dance continues, although it has slowed. red

Those days vanished, where did they go?

They are somewhere over the rainbow.

Like an old favourite song,

Those memories linger on.

All things in life we share,

Selfless is how we care.

Trusting in one another,

botanic gardens Tasmania 176_4000x3000_4000x3000We are one we discover.

This is real love from the heart deep within,

Not superficial on the surface of the skin.

Deep as the ocean, wide as the heavens above,

This is an example of real, true and lasting love.

Together.

A brand new day.

A brand new day.

Together.

When we are home this is it.

When we are home this is it.

I am blessed with another day to spend with you.

What wondrous things have you planned to do?

We have travelled far you and me.

Still there are lots more for us to see.

The world is large, we are small.

We live in hope, but can’t see it all.

In Korea, small children in vibrant Hanbok colours.

In Korea with children in their beautiful Hanbok  dress.

Appreciate our life is a candle in the breeze.

So enjoy life’s gifts, as the birds in the trees.

Appreciate taste, smell and hear,

All life’s free gifts that are here.

An exotic fragrance drifts on the air.

We follow our noses to see what’s there.

Attracted by the sent of Jasmine I come close up.

Attracted by the scent of Jasmine I come close up.

Hungry to find new foods to taste,

Culinary samples from every race.

Travel hunger carries us further on,

Curiosity drives us far, to the beyond.

Beyond the comfort of our home,

That is the price when you roam.

At the end of the day Is the time to pray.

At the end of the day Is the time to pray.

Beyond the sunset into the night,

We dance to a song of heavenly delight.

Take a chance start with a dance,

It could turn to love and romance.

In love with all life and one another,

What a wondrous world we discover.

Happier than a king on his throne,

Together facing life’s unknown,

Two people in love with life.

Two people in love with life.

Natures Way.

Natures Way.

Natures way.

Simply beautiful.

Simply beautiful.

Standing in natures green cathedral blessed by serenity,

The forest is sacred; there is no better place to be.

Slow down to appreciate the beauty, smell the scent upon the breeze.

Listen to the bird songs and appreciate the trees.

Lao Tzu rode a buffalo that is considered slow today.

Lao Tzu trained his buffalo to support him on his ‘Way’.

Training the bufflo.

Training the buffalo.

Haste was not a priority he just went with the flow.

Today out on the road that is something we should know.

Walk to the valley, follow the mountain stream.

Meander to enjoy all nature’s gifts supreme.

Waddle by the watter.

Waddle by the water.

Stroll to the ocean, earth-out bare foot on the ground.

Let others wanting more, power the tread mill round.

Bath in the cleansing water, glad to be alive,

The wisdom is you need few things to survive.

Go with the flow.

Go with the flow.

The importance of time spent this way,

Is we are refreshed to earn our pay.

For necessities needed to sustain life.

Wanting more brings trouble and strife.

Lau Tzu spoke of yin and yang to balance work with play.

The Buddha taught wanting was a problem that got in the way.

Garden ornament.

Garden ornament.

To understand all in life flows like a mountain stream.

We cannot cling to water or capture a sunbeam.

When we have surplus to what we need,

Then to hoard not share is only greed.

Balance greed with kindness is wisdom too,

As helping others, brings happiness to you.

To give thanks to the inexplicable Tao, what’s in a name anyhow?

Nature's symble for The Eightfold Path.

Nature’s symbol for The Eightfold Path.

Appreciate with joy and delight,

Do not argue over who is right.

To appreciation nature’s gifts is a prayer to the supreme.

To argue over a name makes the beauty all obscene.

The stream runs to the ocean, every tear drop becomes one.

We all bleed the same colour, why can’t our life be more fun.

The storm has passed.

The storm has passed.

The tear drops fall like rain,

 All this fighting is insane.

Like the Christian who has found God I want to share with you.

A way to peace and contentment, that’s an admirable thing to do.

The joy that I have found.

I want to share around.

The light is behind the clouds and trees.

The light is behind the clouds and trees.

I do not think God was ever lost,

Man gets lost and pays the cost.

Lost unmindful of our emotion,

Like a storm raging on the ocean.

Stop look up at the stars above.

Do not kill the things you love.

The sand on the beach the stars in the sky,

We are so small you and I.

Thanks for another good morning.

Thanks for another good morning.

The seeds we sow.

Furn fond fetus.

Fern fond fetus.

Planting seeds.

Abundant land.

Abundant land.

The seed was sown.

The crop has grown,

The sky above

rained down love.

The gifts from earth our nourishment,

But man wants more he is not content.

Appreciate.

Appreciate.

I looked up at the man-in-the–moon.

The dish has run away with the spoon.

Childhood changed to a memory.

All things pass I now can see.

We suffer if we grasp and cling,

to a fleeting impermanent thing.

We must let go and go with the flow.

Relaxed.

Relaxed.

To obey nature’s laws is the way to go.

We float along like the words of a song.

When we can see greed is wrong.

We have seen the earth from outer space,

a great achievement for the human race.

But we are taking all with glee.

From nature’s Christmas tree.

Nature is not a soft-touch,

We must not take too much.

Reflection on appreciation.

Reflection on appreciation.

Trees were cut down to build dams and power-stations,

Our intentions were good but there were ramifications.

Like a surgeon’s knife cuts for good.

Yet it must be understood,

The knife can kill if used the wrong way

And if we break nature’s laws we must pay.

We cannot stop the progress of man

But we must conserve wherever we can.

My view.

My view.

TV can be to educational and entertain,

But how it is used is against our grain.

Commerce saw it as a tool;

Man let money make him a fool.

Money is not the root of all evil;

That is causing the worlds upheaval.

The affluent buy for no good reason,

Whatever is fashionable this season?

A status symbol, nothing more,

They are not hungry like the poor.

When we have all we need,

Hording more is only greed.

Pigs are not greedy Ithey do not hord.

Pigs are not greedy they do not hoard.

To earn our money by honest means,

considering the welfare of other beings.

Working at something useful and good,

Is an honorable way to earn a livelihood.

The world is a garden to appreciate,

Let us enjoy now, not procrastinate.

To share in harmony what we earn,

with feeling of kindness and concern.

The earth the whole galaxy,

which stretches to eternity.

Balance.

Balance.

 A balance of interdependent laws,

this the ignorant or foolish ignores.

All organisms must obey nature’s way.

Or prematurely rot and perish in decay.

This is nature’s impartial law,

to keep the balance and the score.

The crop has been well manured.

Now it has grown and matured.

The reaper is on his relentless way.

What price will our crop pay?

In the market place of life,

Man is forced to pay a price.

Will we sleep per chance to dream?

Perhaps to dwell in paradise,

as an angel would be nice.

Or will I compost in the ground,

for life’s second time around.

This is a question we can only speculate.

Take heed be kind before it is too late.

The sand in the hour-glass is running out.

Do not waste time, this is what it is all about.

Abide by the Golden Rule, do your personal best.

Make your ethical improvement your life’s quest.

Stark but beautiful.

Stark but beautiful.

Pauline Annan river Qld.

Life’s Stream.

These falls are not seen from the road so are often missed.

These falls are not seen from the road so are often missed.

Pleasures hurry by like a mountain stream,

kissed by the sunlight’s golden beam.

Gurgling happily, bubbling along

a child of the mountain singing Mother Nature’s song.

Borne in the mountains far from the ocean.

Born in the mountains far from the ocean.

All young play

 in a similar way

 joyful, joking full of fun

from sun up till the day is done.

The sun sinks low, the sparkle is gone

childhood passes, we must move on.

Soft patient water wears away hard rock.

Soft patient water wears away hard rock.

As we grow and mature

  pleasures in life become fewer.

Obligations and deadlines to meet,

work to ensure our life stays sweet.

As sure as the sun moves across the sky

all things in life are passing by.

One of natures free gifts, Ok two of natures gifts.

One of natures free gifts, Ok two of natures gifts.

Only gather what you need

 grasping more is only greed.

When we struggle for possessions

we have not learned our lessons.

The stream of life flows so fast

the joys of childhood do not last.

A t tranquil place to rest and let the world catch up.

A t tranquil place to rest and let the world catch up.

The water flows to a lower plain

it cannot go back up again.

Meandering slow it sings soft and low

there is only one way it can go.

Cool and refreshing.

Cool and refreshing.

Our body is mostly water if we dehydrate we die

We leave all our possessions and our loved ones may cry.

When water dries up in a puddle I know were the steam will go.

But when I dry up and my life is over will I go up or down below?

Life's stream has many changing moods.

Life’s stream has many changing moods.

As a tear drops in the ocean we are so very small.

Compared to the starry sky I am nothing at all.

Water returns to the sky above

the best we can do is leave memories of love.

The moon showing off.

The moon showing off.

From the heavens tear drops fall

running back to the oceans primeval call.

The clouds gather heralding rain

and the whole procedure starts again.

High above Cook Town.

High above Cook Town.

Man must return to mother earth

to nurture new things for rebirth.

The ego that once was me,

who knows what it will be,

does it really exist in me

or an allusion that I see.

The wanting dictator in my mind

that made me greedy and unkind,

keeping me desiring, wanting more

although I need nothing, I am not poor.

Stirring the mud, polluting the air

with an attitude of I do not care.

Water sings many songs.

Water sings many songs.

All beings need water and air to survive

nothing is so important to staying alive.

As the wheel of life rolls along

go with the flow, sing a song.

Slow down, let the water clear

to see our obligations here

are to promote good for everyone,

appreciate life with wholesome free fun.

Rest by the river and revive

 be thankful you are alive.

the young play all day.

the young play all day.

There are places to swim and hills to climb

to enjoy a view of the sublime.

As an example for you and me

Mother Nature’s gifts are free

for all to savour and enjoy

 not abuse, plunder and destroy.

I try to control thoughts of greed

and only take what I need.

Banish anger, hatred and fear from my mind

and replace them with what is good and kind.

I try to understand and learn all I can

to become a better man.

Buddha statue, ruins of Ayuttaya Thailand.

I am on the Buddha’s path, you should know,

and think it is the way to go.

Many paths lead up to an inspiring view,

select carefully the  one that suits you.

There are many that know

but never go.

Three of many Australian flags.

Three of many Australian flags.

Gods Own Country, Man owns nothing.

It is said first in best dressed.

It is said first in best dressed.

Dorothea Mackellar wrote the poem, My Country, while in England pining for Australia. I like this poem although I realize Australia is not my country. I do not own it I was only fortunate enough to be born here. Australia is my home no matter where I roam, I still call Australia home. We are one but we are many from all the lands on earth we come. This I really am in tune with. No one really owns anything it is all on loan. To quote, Shakespeare, All the world’s a stage and all men and women merely players on it. They have their entries and their exits. Realizing all things are passing and we are also impermanent we become less grasping and possessive.

Here's mud in your eye, Is a toast.

Here’s mud in your eye, Is a toast.

We are often blind to obvious facts. The indigenous people inhabited Australia when adventurous sea-farers claimed to have discovered a new land. Waving their flag they patriotically planted it in the earth declaring this land is ours. The hardy pioneer settlers followed clearing the land, fencing and bringing in their cattle. Polluting the aboriginal water holes and fencing their hunting grounds. My, brave adventurous pioneers, forefathers suffered the droughts and flooding rains. I admire their tenacity but in hindsight recognize their ignorance.

They called it home.

They called it home.

Jews, Christians and Muslims are still fighting over their promised lands. When will we learn possessing, hording and clinging will never bring peace? This is not in accordance with what their God advocates. I imagine all this could be blowin in the wind, if we stopped wanting, clinging and possessing. Took a deep breath of the free life-giving, air and meditated on what is truly ours to own. It is all impermanent, passing we can cling to nothing for very long.

A hard life no TV.

A hard life no TV.

It is not your country Dorothea, come back home to warmth and love. This world is home to the family of man our island home in the infinite cosmos. Everything in this world is interdependent sharing is necessity. Possessing is not a necessary requirement to enjoying something. The person that hoards riches invites crime and envy. Property comes with liabilities of storing, protecting and maintaining. When we give a kind word or a smile we see how it enhances our life. Then we can progress, giving more substantial aid to those in need.

Four horned off road transport.

Four horned off-road transport.

There is no room for pining if we are concerned in helping the less fortunate. We will not be blind to the obvious that we share this world and must consider others needs and different ways of life. Those flag waving patriotic overzealous empire builders, drew lines on maps cutting up countries and plundering the wealth, with no consideration of the original inhabitants. With disregard to others feelings they invaded lands, enforcing their language, religion and way of life on the natives. Much of the conflict in the world today is a legacy of those empire builders.

They all call Australia home.

They all call Australia home.

We need to stop being dogmatic in our beliefs and try to understand others beliefs. Misunderstanding and ignorance must be over come if we are to have peace on earth. There are no bad people they are sick or ignorant. Education is necessary to counter lack of knowledge and for people who are sick from lack of life’s necessities we need to share all we can. This is the only way to live in harmony with our fellow-man.

The reaction to force is opposing force. Wars create vengeance in the defeated and grief to the victorious as a war is never won without casualties. Man is a tear drop in an ocean of sorrow. Life is fleeting, and the sorrow is, it is too late when the bubble bursts to repentant. It is satisfying to give while you live and die in peace with no regrets. Our path through life is like a speeding bullet quickly reaching the target and the target is death. We own nothing we leave it all behind. Do not make waves as you sail through life. You cannot remain clean stirring up mud. To have no regrets leave clear water in your wake.

What is left at end of the day.

What is left at end of the day.

When waving the flag in god’s own country realise it is not yours.

This flag has a lot of history, written by the victors.

This flag has a lot of history, written by the victors.

Quiet and restful.

Quiet and restful.

Ross and Campbell Town in south-east Tasmania are well worth a visit as they are steeped in history with many of the old buildings remaining.

In need of TLC.

In need of TLC.

I will leave Pauline tell you all about that in her blog, when she gets around to it. Hit this link my <Pommiepal. Word press.com>.

I took some photos of the old graves while there. They provoked me to thinking about all the trouble people go to on behalf of loved ones. Then time relentlessly does natures work and obliterates the memory leaving only a beautiful reminder of mans mortality. I looked at the moss and lichen on the leaning tombstones of the unkempt graves.

A stark reminder.

A stark reminder.

I thought what would I leave behind although I hope this is premature, I am past my use-by date and a strong breeze could blow my candle out effortlessly. So I will post this now rather than later.

Is this the only way to world peace.

Is this the only way to world peace.

Checking out.

Without superstition what’s my position.

Where will I go when I’m gone?

When only my memory lives on.

What was it worth my time here on earth?

A generation or two may be the best I can do.

The giants of the past their memories all last.

There is one consolation in not being a sensation.

I did it my way as Frank Sinatra would say.

While I am still here I will make it clear.

For what it is worth my time here on earth.

Was mostly all fun and I thank everyone.

It will be sad to leave if it make you grieve.

Crocodiles love people.

Crocodiles love people.

To swim where the crocodiles play could have avoided today.

I could have gone out in style and made a crocodile smile.

And leave in a recyclable way to deprive the undertaker of pay.

That’s my last joke before I go up in smoke.

To float up to a sky I believe is devoid of any pie.

I have had my time in paradise and it has been very nice.

Now I am ready to take a rest after giving it my best.

Not believing in a god it is back to the land of nod.

Answering the call and returning to the all.

That is nature’s way at the ending the day

I will never deceive you I will just love you and leave you.

Crocodile tracks back from the ocean.

Crocodile tracks back from the ocean.
