Thanks Danny pleased you liked the photos and thanks for reminding me how fortunate I am. My work was often a long way from the ocean. Now I am retired I live a push-bike ride from the ocean. That is when I am at home and not traveling with Pauline. Take a look at to see some great photos and lots of info.
this is beautiful, jack, and i love all of the images, especially those taken in the early morning. the one that captures the surfer’s hair in motion is especially nice, as is the final image. the final image, however, has a typo! i think you left out the word ‘alone.’ i think you did that on purpose to see if anyone caught it!
Thank you Lisa, I thought I had said thanks for your nice comment. I am getting slack. I did the text on the shadow photo in Photoshop and missed the word alone, so took the easy way and typed it under the photo. It your comment shows me how on the ball you are. This time I will hit the reply, I expect too much from Windows.
Pleased you liked the photos. I did the text in Photoshop and left out ‘alone’ so took the easy way out and added it below in at the post stage.
I knew my friends would forgive me and I try not to worry about people pointing out my mistakes. Without a little constructive criticism I would remain unaware.
I appreciate it, But ‘into each life some rain must fall’.
Then it is good to remember the words of another song’
every time it rains it rains pennies from heaven.
I am in my ukulele singing mood. So will sing ‘thank you for being a friend’ Sylvia and commenting.
It is a good one, I will Google it to see if it is something I read or an original thought.
I am never too concerned about giving credit. to famous people, politicians and actors have script writers. If my words happen to be original the credit will go to the first celebrity to repeat it.
I would be happy for them to do so, as nice things should be shared. _/\_
