No Man knows Everything,
that is why we have gods.
Respecting all religions and the people who believe in them, does not mean you have to agree with all their doctrine. You do not have to believe everything written about your chosen religion or philosophy either. To accept what is good, is best it helps you find peace and contentment, regardless of its origin. This suggestion goes for any teaching you encounter. As all major religions have the same basic ethical principles, not to kill or willfully harm any sentient being, not to lie cheat or steal, not to commit adultery, and lose self-control by abusing drugs or alcohol.
These are my views that I have found helpful, they are not intended to discredit or convert you to some other religion or philosophy. I offer them only as ideas to provoke thoughts that could lead to a resolve to live in peace and let others live in peace. Thoughts that recognize we are of one creator, and all want to live a trouble free life.
Why should you bother to read what I write, when I acknowledged I do not have the answers to who’s religion is best and who has rightly named the all powerful creator. I think all gods are the one God with different names and that God controls the whole cosmos. God arranged everything to a divine law of order.
Live in harmony with this law and you live in harmony with the power that keeps the planets on their course and the seasons to come and go at their precise time. Everything is dependent and interdependent on these laws. The stars in our own galaxy can be depended upon to guide us, to navigate and find our way. Nothing is excluded from nature’s impartial laws we must live in harmony with these laws or automatically pay the price.
Eat more than your body requires and the consequences are unpleasant. Go without sleep and nature cannot repair your tired body and you suffer. There are endless ways we ignore nature’s laws and we never escape the consequences. We cannot defy the infinite, all powerful eternal omnipotent power of the God of all creation; no matter what we call this god and what stories we tell to explain creation.
The reason is we do not know it all and man’s ego has a problem accepting this and invents stories. Perhaps one is these explanations is the right answer but I would not be so presumptuous as to say my story or hypothesis is the right one. To assume you are right without listening and trying to understand another person’s point of view is unintelligent, biased and intolerant.
